Can you tell me more about St Maarten?

Located 200 miles off San Jaun, Sint Maarten/St. Martin is known for its many miles of white beaches and its green hills.

The island is half French, which makes it intriguing to visitors, the year around temperature of 80 degrees is cooled by the Trade Winds

What can you tell me about the hotel?

Beautiful appointed rooms and facilities, with private bath balconies, air conditioned, color TV and telephone in all rooms. There is also a swimming pool and a snak bar where you can get your snacks while enjoying a swim.

What are the deposit requirements?

Winter= 3 nights payable on confirmation.

Summer = 1 night payable on confirmation.

Can I cancel my booking?

Bookings can be cancelled within 14 days of expected arrival subject to penalty of first night's revenue

What is your Payment Policy?

We accept: cash Travelers' checks, A.E., C.C. VS and M.C. Credit cards only.

None upon arrival, departure or at the border between the Dutch and French Sides.

On the Dutch Side of St Maarten, 5 minutes from the beach called "little bay", 10 minutes away from town and 15 minutes away from the PJIA Airport
